This multilingual webinar took place on Tuesday, 17 September 2024, 14:00-15:30 (CET/Geneva Time)
Achieving high-quality and effective Nutrition in Emergencies (NiE) responses depends on local and national actors (LNAs) having access to sufficient resources, robust institutional capacity, and adequate staffing. However, with funding becoming increasingly scarce, how can LNAs, including governments, better leverage their influence to secure the resources they need?
This webinar provided an in-depth look at the key elements of a successful funding proposal, alongside examples of proposals that have succeeded across various regions and with different donors. The session was conducted in English, with simultaneous translation available in French, Spanish, and an additional language based on demand. A Q&A session followed the presentation.
This webinar is the second chapter of our 3-part webinar series on "Resource Mobilisation for Local and National Actors". The first session took place on 26 June 2024, and recordings and resources are available here. The third chapter is available here.
