Current Challenges
  • Access constraints mainly due movement restrictions imposed by the NSAG (lockdowns) and insecurity

  • Low funding, has affected response capacity. Only 20 per cent of the HRP for nutrition requirement for the NW/SW regions has been funded.
  • Limited capacity of partners (Government and NGOs) on nutrition response in emergencies.
  • Absence of dedicated NCC and IMO
