*The nutrition cluster coordination is supported by UNICEF and UNICEF ensures the co-coordination with the MoH, especially the Nutrition Directorat

Subnational hubs: regional nutrition clusters in Dori, Kaya, Fada N'Gourma, Ouahigouya, Dédougou, Tenkodogo.
*Unicef ensures the co-coordination with the regional directorates where there is a physical sub-office. In the absence of sub-offices, the partners support the functioning of the cluster

Current Challenges
-Health facilities closed (14.6%), operating at minimum capacity (28.2%), and inactive (4.1%), with the deprivation of health care for approximately 2,407,381 people, especially in regions heavily affected by the humanitarian crisis (Sahel: 65% closed)
-Operationalization of the simplified approach in some areas
-Difficulties in supplying inputs in insecure areas
-Access problems in insecure health districts (closed health centers).
-Insufficient funding to cover emergency prevention needs
