2013 Afghanistan CCPM report

This report presents the details of the mission findings and the recommendation for the Nutrition Cluster in Afghanistan. On completion of the GHC / GNC Joint Mission, a Joint Summary Report was submitted to OCHA, UNICEF and WHO. However separate Health and Nutrition Cluster Reports have now been written, as many of the recommendations are specific for each of the clusters; never the less the reports are complimentary, and the key recommendations in relation to the merger and inter-cluster coordination have been developed jointly with the GHC representative. The report includes final findings and action plan of the Afghanistan Cluster Performance monitoring conducted in July 2013.
