- Regional level : Office Régionale de Nutrition (ORN) Lead and Direction Régionale de la Santé Publique (DRSP) Co-lead in the 3 southern regions of Madagascar (Anosy, Androy and Atsimo-Andrefana).
- District level: Office Régionale de Nutrition (ORN) Lead and Service Sanitaire de District (SSD) Co-lead in the 10 districts of those 3 regions: Anosy (Taolagnaro, Amboasary sud and Betroka), Androy (Ambovombe, Tsihombe, Beloha and Bekily) and Atsimo-andrefana (Ampanihy ouest, Betioky sud and Toliara II).
